Setting Up New Water Service

Ways To Request New Water Service: (Please submit a completed service application 24 hours in advance of when services are needed.)

Come into the office during business hours.
- Fill out an application, show account holders driver's license and pay the deposit.*
Drop-off application and required materials (Available 24/7).

- Drop boxes are located to the right of the front door and at the parking lot entrance.
  - Not recommended to drop off cash deposits
Mail-in or email application and required materials.

If you can not print out the application (link provided below). Please call 281-488-1164 and request an application to be mailed or faxed to you.

*The deposit for a residential homeowner or renter is $200.00. Your request for service can not be processed without a completed application, copy of the account holders driver’s license, and deposit in the form of cash, personal check, money order, or cashiers check. Credit Card payments are accepted, processing fees will apply.

Discontinuing Existing Water Service

Please email customerservice@clcwa.org with the following information,

so we can process your request:

Your full name
A copy of your ID
Your service address or account number
Date for disconnection
A forwarding address for your final statement

Once you terminate your service, your initial deposit will be applied to your final bill. If the initial deposit is higher than your final bill, any remaining balance will be mailed to your forwarding address via check. If the deposit does not completely cover your final bill, we will send an invoice to your forwarding address.
