The 24-hour emergency answering service (281-488-1164) can dispatch a CLCWA employee after hours for the following problems:

  • Water line breaks

  • Sewer manhole overflows

  • Sewer back-ups

  • Water quality issues

  • Other hazardous conditions

  • Reporting of Illicit Discharges and Spills
