Message to residents: A communication error resulted in bills being sent out by mail and e-mail on 08/31/2023 (Billing Date 08/30/2023 (Indicated on the top left of your bill)) with an incorrect amount due for the current billing cycle, to some CLCWA residents (does not include HCWCID156, HCWCID 161, or Commercial). Corrected bills are being processed and will be mailed out next week. The corrected bills will be yellow, please disregard the previous bills and proceed with payment according to the yellow bills. If you are signed up for e-billing the corrected bills are now available online through the updated e-mail received with the Transmission Postmark date of 9/01/2023 (Indicated on the top left of the email) or through the “Pay Water Bill” portal.
