Human Resources Supervisor
An associate’s degree in public administration, business or related field, 5+ years Human Resources experience preferred. City Secretary experience beneficial. Some evenings required. Proficient in MS office programs. Job duties include: manage employee benefits, health insurance, supplemental insurance, long term disability, FMLA, salary and benefits surveys. Manage property, liability, and worker’s compensation insurance. Prepare agendas, minutes, attend board meetings and conduct elections. Notary Public (or must be able to obtain within 3 months of employment). Prepares bond payments, transfers and support documentation. $24.04-$31.25/hr. DOQ.

Wastewater Plant Operator
“B-Wastewater” license preferred, but trainees considered. Mandatory nights and weekends. Requirements: must be able to read plans and have good communication skills; speak, read and write English; high school diploma or GED; good driving record with a valid Texas driver’s license; and be legal to work in the U.S. $15.99/hr., trainees $12.00. DOQ.

TV Survey Line Crew
“Class III Collections” or “B-Wastewater” license preferred, but trainees considered. Requirements: must be able to read plans and have good communication skills; speak, read and write English; high school diploma or GED; good driving record with a valid Texas driver’s license; and be legal to work in the U.S. $15.99/hr., trainees $12.00. DOQ.

Skilled Laborer
Operates heavy equipment, general maintenance and repairs. Requirements: speak, read and write English; good driving record with a valid Texas driver’s license; and be legal to work in the U.S. $11.00-$13.00/hr. DOQ
